I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of your despatch No. 19 of 25th March respecting the license fee imposed on the distillery of Trebalo belonging to Messrs Jardine Matheson & Co.
My despatch of the 18th ultimo will have explained to you the reasons which have led me to decide that so much of the fee as is in excess of $100 should be refunded to the company, and I need not now...
